Topic: Wellness - A Map towards optimal functioning

Speaker - John Gowan, LCSW - John is a licensed clinical social worker, with over 29 years of experience working with children', teens, adults and seniors dealing with a variety of mental and physical struggles that inhibit optimal functioning in everyday life. He received hi Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Louisiana Tech University and a Master of Social Work from Grambling State University.

Together we will:

  • Network with other professionals serving the senior community and those who provide mental health services
  • Discuss trending techniques, current challenges and community resources
  • Find new ways to prioritize your mental health and well-being
