November Guest Speaker:  

 John Gowan, Mental Health Provider for Walmart, who is a licensed clinical social worker, with over 25 years of experience working with children, teens, adults and seniors dealing with a variety of mental and physical struggles that inhibit optimal functioning in everyday life. John will give a talk on Mental Health and Wellness. 

Together we will:

  • Network with other professionals serving the senior community and those who provide mental health services
  • Discuss trending techniques, current challenges and community resources
  • Find new ways to prioritize your mental health and well-being
