Speaker: Dr. Pooja Patel M.D. is a Board certified Internal Medicine physician who specializes in the care of patients age 18 years and above. Dr Patel received her medical degree from Baroda Medical College in India and completed her residency from Trinitas Regional Medical Center in New Jersey. She has experience of 10 plus years working as an Internal Medicine Physician in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She recently relocated to Florida. Dr Patel is a part of many professional societies at national and local level. She is a member of American Medical Association, Society of Hospital Medicine, American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin. She held leadership position in the Executive Committee of New Jersey State American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin. In 2014 she was recognized by Consumer Research Council of America as one of the America’s Top Physicians in Internal Medicine. She was also nominated for Who’s Who in America in Medicine and Healthcare.
